I tell you what, if I had to make candles in order for us to see, we would be living in the dark because that takes forever!! You dip quick and then had to walk around a rope path and then dip again. Quickly. If your candle stays in the wax too long, the wax you already added just melts right off. We spent about 20 minutes and had really thin candles. Thank goodness for electricity!!
